This Working Group was established in June 2017 to focus on SEC-related rulemaking or other initiatives to advance a uniform standard of care. The initial focus of the Working Group is to discuss whether it would be worthwhile for the Committee to submit a comment letter in response to the SEC statement, and if so what those comments should be.
