Advertising Working Group

The Advertising Working Group considers federal and state regulatory or legislative developments and issues that could affect the marketing and advertising of fixed, indexed, and variable annuity products in both the retail and retirement markets.  This includes evaluating or commenting on any regulatory proposals made by FINRA, the SEC, or the NAIC that could affect the content or methods of delivery of marketing and advertising materials, including illustrations.   The Working Group also addresses any regulatory enforcement or compliance developments that could affect the marketing and advertising materials developed and utilized by Committee members to market their annuity products.
